[IGSMAIL-8769] BKG GDC status - back again - FTP shut down

[Erwin Wiesensarter]

Dear Colleagues,

BKG’s GNSS Data Center had to be taken offline on October 7th. This was due to a suspected IT security incident. A detailed analysis did not confirm the suspicion, allowing the GDC to go back online again on October 13th.

As a consequence, the FTP download option had to remain shut down - and will not be provided in the future again!

Users of the anonymous FTP are requested to use HTTPS for download, see https://igs.bkg.bund.de/access.
We apologize for any inconvenience this change on short notice causes.

With our best regards,
BKG GDC team
