A slurry was poured into the pipe to ground level and insulation added to a 0.3m from the top. Cement was used to top off the remaining part for setting the brass plate. A 25cm diameter culvert was placed around the pipe and filed with sand, and a 0.8m high, 3m square berme built around it. 2.
