New GIPSY format products are now produced at JPL along with the previously
announced sp3 files.  The shadow_events files is updated once per day.  All
other files are updated every 15 minutes.  These products are still
experimental and can be found at ftp://sideshow.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/15min.
