Dear Colleagues,

A new SCIGN GPS station is operating at the following location:

ELSC: East L.A. Science Center, Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co.

The first full day of data for ELSC is 08-JUN-1999.

An ASHTECH Z-XII3 receiver running firmware version CB00, an ASHTECH
antenna with Dorne-Margolin-type choke ring (ASH700936E_C), and a SCIGN
tall dome (SCIT) are present at the site.

The site log, including DOMES number, is available via ftp from:

ftp://lox.ucsd.edu/pub/docs/site_logs/

and from the web at:

http://lox.ucsd.edu

Thank you,
Paul
