The problem with the system is presently unknown. The receiver is not continuously tracking phase or range data. Time tags within the files are biased. The site will be visited tomorrow by a SCIGN-USGS field team for a detailed assessment of hardware, power and RFI. Expect HOLC data to be unusable until further notice.
