Subject: SCIP, SIO2, SIO4 log file changes

Dear Colleagues,

The SCIP, SIO2, and SIO4 log files have been modified.  Meteorological
package changes are documented at the former two, while the latter
includes an update of the antenna tests currently being conducted at the 
site.  Please note that SIO4.log is updated weekly to reflect antenna 
change dates during test periods.

The site logs are available via ftp from:

ftp://lox.ucsd.edu/pub/docs/site_logs/

and from the web at:
