Subject: PGGA firmware upgrades

Subject: PIN1, CRFP and BLYT upgraded to 1E95

Three Ashtech Z-12s in the PGGA were upgraded to firmware version 
1E95-1D01 on December 18-19, 1996 (UTC).  In addition a receiver 
swap was made at BLYT as a consequence of the receiver's refusal 
to accept the new firmware.  The time of the changes are as follows:

The original BLYT receiver has since been successfully upgraded
to 1E95 and will be redeployed by Riverside County personnel
shortly after the 1st of the year.

Site logs have been updated and will be forwarded to the IGS
Central Bureau.
