New PGGA site at Durmid Hill

A new PGGA site has been operating at Durmid Hill, CA 
since 24 April 1996, 02:50 UT.  The release of the data 
was delayed due to confusion regarding the antenna height 
with respect to the actual monument mark.  Those data are 
now available from day 115 to the present on the SOPAC 
Garner Archive (ftp toba.ucsd.edu).

The site is colocated with the south end-vault of the 
Durmid Hill laser strainmeter operated by the Pinyon 
Flat Geophysical Observatory.  

A new site log has been submitted to the IGS Central 
Bureau.
