In answer to Yehuda's question about 12-channel TurboRogues,
three are being installed at the DSN sites, since those will
be used at times to track other satellites concurrently with
GPS.  There are no plans to upgrade LA Basin sites.  As a 
point of information, with the current 25-satellite GPS
constellation, there are never more than 8 satellites visible
at once above 15 deg in the LA Basin, so the marginal value 
of more channels would appear to be small.  If there are other
practical arguments for more channels we would like to know
them since this question may come up again in the future.
