The Trimble SSE receivers at Lake Mathews and Palos Verdes have
been upgraded to 12 channels (from 9 channels), and resumed
tracking today (doy 307). Two loaner units from Trimble tracked
at the site in the transition. Unfortunately, these units had
only 1 Mb of memory and could not be downloaded remotely.
Although we sampled at only 120s we lost about 2-3 days of data
after memory had filled up.

Updated site logs can be obtained from the SOPAC Home Page
(http://igpp.ucsd.edu) or from the IGS Central Bureau.

We note and acknowledge that Trimble Navigation performed these
upgrades free of charge. Now both Ashtech Z-12 and Trimble SSE
receivers have 12-channel capability. The TurboRogue receivers
still have only 8-channel capability. Any plans to have these
upgraded?
