[IGSSTATION-949]. The McMurdo, Ross Island (MCM4) operations and data collection has been switched from the TurboRogue ACT receiver to an on-site ASHTECH Z-XII3 running off of the same antenna as before. The switch will be effective May 19th 00:00 UTC (2006.139). We do not anticipate any data loss. An updated sitelog for the McMurdo, Ross Island (MCM4) station has been submitted to the IGS. Maintenance and operations of the MCM4 station is a collaborative effort supported by JPL and UNAVCO with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate. Best regards, -Oivind Ruud
