Ref: [IGSSTATION-703]

After a faulty cable replacement at HRAO (Krugersdorp, S. Africa) on
2005-11-24T07:00:00UTC, the station performance has improved. The data
advisory can now be canceled.

Maintenance and operations of the HRAO station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Hartebeesthoek RAO in Krugersdorp, with
funding provided by NASA's Earth Science Enterprise.
