Dear Colleagues,

Ref. [IGSSTATION-700].
The Internet problem affecting the NRAO circuit was restored quickly on Nov. 
19th, and all backlogged data from Brewster (BREW), St. Croix (CRO1),  North 
Liberty (NLIB) and Pie Town (PIE1) IGS stations have been published.

We would like to thank the NRAO personnel for providing updates and restoring 
the connections so quickly.

We apologize for the inconvenience these outages may have caused.
