Dear Colleagues,

Due to a local power outage at the Franceville, Gabon (MSKU) IGS station, no data 
was collected between approximately Sunday August 14 07:10 GMT 2005 and Monday 
August 15 08:30 GMT 2005.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the MSKU station is a collaborative effort supported 
by JPL, UNAVCO, IRIS, USGS, and Universite des Sciences et Techniques de Masuku in 
Franceville, with funding provided by NASA's Earth Science Enterprise.
