On Monday, 2005-Aug-15 (DOY 227) at approximately 16:00UTC
GPS tracking at YELL will stop, while the maser is shutdown
for maintenance.  A power supply is being replaced.  Data will 
not be collected during the maintenance window.

YELL will resume tracking as soon as possible, once the maser
is repaired and running smoothly.
