[IGSSTATION-566]. The tracking performance at the Richardsbay, South Africa (RBAY) station has stabilized, and data is again being published. The problems were first noticed on August 01 (2005.213), and new data will be published starting August 8th (2005.220). We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.
