Dear Colleagues

After some time with degraded quality and quantity of GPS data from QAQ1
we have changed the receiver at 2005-08-01T19:07Z

The receiver has been replaced with an Ashtech Z-XII3 and a new sitelog
has been submitted to the Central Bureau.
