Advisory: ALGO data for doy 161 through 163 (05Jun10-12)
          was re-submitted late yesterday 05jun13(doy 164).
          There were systematic gaps in each hour of data.
          All affected daily files and hourly files were 
          replaced. 

          High-Rate data is not currently available due to
          a communications failure we hope to resolve later 
          this week.
