See: http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/igscb/mail/igsstation/22 http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/igscb/mail/igsstation/28 Station coordinates estimates using the data after the change indicates a discontinuity: Week IGS03P33_RS99 minus weekly Centers used # dN (mm) dE (mm) dH (mm) =09 1272 -38 -14 2 gfz, jpl, ngs 1273 -38 -22 2 cod, esa, gfz, jpl,MIT Note that a similar discontinuity occurred about one and half years ago at that station following an antenna/receiver change. Both discontinuities appear to be of similar magnitude, but opposite directions. This time, no radome is involved. It is recommended that the station KOKB no longer be used for reference frame purposes. If the situation were to change, a new igsstation mail will be sent. Following FAIR, MAG0 and YSSK that had to be removed from reference frame purposes in North Pacific area earlier this year, this is the fourth station removed from that region.
