My colleague Uwe Hessels  switched the
reference clock for the TPS E_GGD from
the EXTERNAL H-MASER EFOS 18
to INTERNAL in the
WTZZ GPS+GLONASS Permanent Tracking Station
in the Geodetical Observatory Wettzell, Germany,
2010-05-12T14:00Z.
