Ladies and Gentlemen
 
The TPS E_GGD receiver in the SOFI GPS+GLONASS
Permanent Tracking Station Sofia, Bulgaria is malfunctioning
since DOY 085.

Regrettably it was not possible to reconfigure the receiver
at the site.

We will ship another receiver to Sofia, Bulgaria.
