Dear Colleagues,
  USNO will again be trasmitting data including back data since 2009-219 
thanks to assitance by our colleagues at NRCAN. A new receiver was put 
in on 2009-219, same firmware, different cutoff angle 10 degrees vs 5 
degrees. Data will only be available on a daily basis.
  Thanks for your patience with this long outage. A new log file has 
been submitted to the IGSCB.
