Dear Colleagues,

A correction has been made to the Lake Skinner (BILL) site log.  The 
installation date of the current receiver was incorrectly recorded as January 
19th, 2010.  The correct installation date is January 15th, 2010 and that is now 
reflected in the current site log.  I apologize for the inconvenience of this error.
