Dear Colleagues,

The GPS receiver at the Claremont, CA (CLAR) IGS station was recently replaced. 
  An updated site log has been submitted to the IGSCB.  No data was recorded 
between January 29th at 13:00 UTC and January 4th at 00:57 UTC.  We apologize 
for the inconvenience of this outage.  The new receiver information is included 
below.
