Dear Colleagues,

The IGS station in Ensenada, Mexico (CIC1) went down on December 14th around 
04:00 UTC.  It is uncertain how long this outage will last.

We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the CIC1 station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and CICESE with funding provided by NASA's Earth 
Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
