Dear Colleagues,

I am very sorry for our pretty late announcement.
IGS site MCIL hasn't submitted daily data since DOY 159 because of an
accident of uncertain cause.[IGSSTATION-3136]

So the MCIL receiver was changed on Wednesday November 18th(DOY_322),
2009.
The old receiver TRIMBLE NETRS(S/N 60379) was removed and replaced with
receiver TRIMBLE NETRS(S/N 40906). The antenna and rubidium frequency
standards is not changed.

     Site : MCIL
     Receiver : TRIMBLE NETRS, S/N 40906
     Firmware Version : 1.2-5
     Frequency Standard : EXTERNAL RUBIDIUM, Model PRS10 S/N 25286

An updated sitelog was send via e-mail.
mcil_20091127.log

[submit data]
We have submited MCIL data since DOY_323, 2009.

Sincerely yours,
$B!!(B-Kenji
