For day 4 November 2009 = doy 308 = GPS wk 1556_3 the
following stations reported invalid health bits for all
or most GPS satellites for most nav file epochs:

BOGI -- JPS EGGDT
GMSD -- NOV OEMV3-RT2
HERT -- LEICA GRX1200GGPRO
HUEG -- JPS LEGACY
IRKJ -- JPS LEGACY
KHAJ -- TPS E_GGD
MDVJ -- TPS NETG3
NIST -- NOV OEM4-G2
NOVM -- JPS LEGACY
OBE3 -- ?
SASS -- JPS LEGACY
SUWN -- TRIMBLE NETRS
WARN -- JPS LEGACY

It seems likely that at least some of these cases may
be caused by outdated firmware, so station operators
are asked to please check that they are using currently
recommended firmware versions.

Users of the nav file health bits (2nd field of the 6th
record of each PRN epoch message set) are cautioned to
exercise special care with this day.
