Dear Colleagues,

The Riobamba, Ecuador (RIOP) station has been repaired by our on-site colleagues 
at the Instituto Geofisico in Quito.  The TRIMBLE 4000SSI was replaced with a 
TRIMBLE NETRS.  The previous antenna (TRM29659.00) was replaced with a TRIMBLE 
Zephyr (TRM41249.00).  The antenna is attached to a fixed height tribrach and 
the antenna height remains the same as before (0.0729m).

The updated site log has been submitted to the IGSCB.

Maintenance and operations of the RIOP station is supported by the Instituto 
Geofisico in Quito.
