Dear Collegues,

This is to inform you that at 16:00Z day 2009155, the cesium clock at 
station
qui1  IERS DOMES Number : 42003S003
began performing erratically, and is suspected to be in failure mode. 

NGA is investigating whether a replacement cesium clock will be installed.
We will inform the community of further changes at qui1 as they occur.
