Not only was this satellite decommissioned more than two months ago, most of the bogus records are for epochs about a year ago. Neither situation should occur and indicates problems with receiver firmware and with the processes used to create (and screen) the RINEX nav files. The prompt attention of station operators to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
