Dear Colleagues,

The USGS office in Pasadena has completed their hardware upgrade.  Data from Feb 
1st has been published to the IGS.  The following sites are publishing data again.

BLYT, CHIL, CIT1, CLAR, CMP9, CRFP, HOLP, LBCH, LEEP, ROCK, SNI1, SPK1, TABL, 
TORP, UCLP, WHC1, WLSN

We apologize for the inconvenience of this outage.  Maintenance and operation of 
these stations is performed by the USGS.
