Dear Colleagues,

We have lost communications with the Rabat, Morocco (RABT) station.  The
communications went down on 2008-12-19 around 07:00 UTC.  We are working with 
local personnel to restore the connection.  If there is any data loss it will be 
reported after the connection has been repaired.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the RABT station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, MIT and EMI, with funding provided by NASA's Earth
Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
