Dear Colleagues,

The USGS office in Pasadena has caught up with downloading their IGS stations 
using an off site phone line.  Data publication has resumed.  They will continue 
to use the alternate data path until AT&T can solve the problems with the 
on-site USGS T1 line.

Here is a list of the data outages.  All times are UTC.
