The 4-characters ID of the new site is MAL2, the site log of this new station has been submitted to IGScb. The new monument is several meters away from the monument used by the current IGS Reference Station MALI. The data from MAL2 are being published at the data centers, in high-rate, hourly and daily files, data is available from DoY 08192. MAL2 will be also contributing to the IGS Real Time network. With this new station, ESOC is contributing currently the IGS network with 4 GPS+GLONASS sites, namely, FAA1, MAS1, KOUR and MAL2. Additionally, please be informed that, due to some infrastructure changes at the Malindi site, the MALI station will be decommissioned at the end of July 2008. ESOC will distribute in paralell the data of both MALI and MAL2 as long as MALI station is available. The decommissioning of the MALI station will be announced properly again with a specific IGSstation mail.
