Dear Colleagues,

The power to the receiver site in Bangalore, India (IISC) has been restored. We would
like to acknowledge the work done by the IISC personnel in restoring operations.
Unfortunately, data between doy 305 (10/31/04 00:00 UTC) and doy 311 (11/06/04 08:00
UTC) has been lost.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the IISC station is a collaborative effort supported by
JPL, UNAVCO, and the CSIR center for Mathematical modeling and Computer Simulation in
Bangalore with funding provided by NASA's Earth Science Enterprise.
