ADVISORY:

Our colleagues from the Length, Time and Optical Standards, at the National
Measurement Institute will be upgrading the external frequency connected to
the Javad receiver at DoY 122 00h00 UTC . We expect there to be short data outage as
the change is made.

The external frequency is being changed to a Symmetricon 5071A caesium beam
frequency standard, with a high performance beam option to help improve the
stability of the clock. 

After the change has been successfully completed, an updated IGS log will be submitted
to the IGSCB detailing the above changes.
