On Monday, February 18, 2008 (DOY 049) ~18:00 UTC the maser at CHUR was
removed
for repair.  Since then we have been experiencing tracking problems.
All data
collected after the maser removal is of unacceptably poor quality.
Submissions
have been discontinued pending investigation and resolution of these
problems.
