Over the past few months several hardware changes were made affecting
the timing input to the NRL1 receiver, resulting in numerous data
outages. The 20 MHz and 1PPS inputs to the receiver now consist of the
new realization of UTC(NRL), the steered output of a Symmetricom
Sigma-Tau H-Maser. A new site log has been filed.
