The STJO site was brought back on-line at 16:35:14 UTC 2007-Dec-05
(DOY 339).  The clock source is temporarily the receiver's internal
crystal.  The hydrogen maser clock will be re-introduced as soon as
it has warmed and stabilized.  Once the hydrogen maser is re-connected
a single site log will be submitted to reflect both clock changes.
