Dear Colleagues,

We are again unfortunately experiencing a network outage to the Mahe 
Island, Seychelles (SEY1) IGS station. Our network provider is aware of 
the problem and steps are taken to improve the link. The outage started 
on September 18th (2007.261) ~03:00 UTC. We are hopeful that the missing 
data can be retrieved once the connection has been restored, and will 
include this information in a follow up email.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the SEY1 station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and Seychelles National Oil Company in 
collaboration with UCSD-IDA, with funding provided by NASA's Earth 
Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
