Dear Colleagues,

Ref. [IGSSTATION-1744].
The modem communication problems to the Halat Ammar (HALY) station in 
Saudi Arabia has been restored as well. All backlogged data has been 
published, but there was unfortunately a data outage between August 31st 
(2007.243) 03:25 UTC - September 11th (2007.254) 21:04 UTC.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the HALY station is a collaborative effort 
supported by MIT, UNAVCO, and King Abdullah City for Science and 
Technology (KACST).
