Ladies and Gentlemen

You know, the German Antarctic Receiving Station
GARS in O'Higgins, Antarctica is unmanned now.
It get the electrical power during the winter
in Antarctica from the nearby Chile Antarctic
Base Bernardo O'Higgins.

Electric power generators are malfunctioning.
To save the life of the crew, it was necessary
to cut the electrical power for the German
Antarctic Receiving Station.

Since DOY 242 the data from the
OHI2 GPS Permanent Tracking Station are not
available.

With best regards
Rudi
