The file is still 'legal' Rinex v2.1, but the automatic script we run to make the CDDIS changes leaves 2 "MARKER NUMBER" fields in the Rinex Observation file header. TEQC doesn't flag this as an error and just gives a notice that "the MARKER NUMBER has changed", so your processes likely pass the file, but, as the second MARKER NUMBER is the wrong one, you may have on file slightly incorrect Rinex files. Accordingly, we have re-created corrected Rinex Observation files back to JD224 2004 and uploaded them to the CDDIS website. The files were replaced in the CDDIS GPS archive on August 24, 2004.
