Because of failure in electrical power supply, 
the following SYOG data is lost.
   2007/015 23:11 - 2007/016 07:30

The following data is submitted with delay.
   2007/012 - 2007/014, 2007/016 07:31-23:59

Some of the satellites are missing in the following data.
   2007/015 00:00-23:10
