Advisory: The ALGO receiver will be switched from a HYDROGEN-MASER external
          time source to a Rubidium shortly after 19:00 UTC today Friday,
          04Aug20 (doy 233).  The MASER may be available again as early as 
          Wednesday, 04Aug25 (doy 238).
