Dear Colleagues,

Communication to the Harvest Oil Platform (HARV) has been restored.  
Data begins on DOY 342 and the old data will be back filled over time. 

We apologize for the extended communications outage and any 
inconvenience this may have caused.

We would like to thank the platform personnel for their assistance in 
restoring communications.  Maintenance and operation of the HARV station 
is a collaborative effort supported by JPL and UNAVCO, with funding 
provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science 
Mission Directorate.
