The problems appear to be related to the communications to the site as well as receiver issues. Briefly the access to the receiver appears to trigger termination of tracking. Have temporarily suspended 1hr offloads in an attempt to ensure robust 24 hr files. Will endeavour to start 1 hr offloads again as soon as we can. Our apologies for this interruption in hourly data.
