Ref. [IGSSTATION-1112].
Data publication has resumed from the Richardsbay, South Africa (RBAY) 
station. There was unfortunately a data gap between September 6th 
(2006.249) ~11:00 UTC - September 8th (2006.251) ~11:00 UTC.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the RBAY station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and HartRAO, with funding provided by NASA's 
Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
