Dear Colleagues,

We are unable to publish data from the Quincy, CA (QUIN) station at this 
point. We are checking on the communications and will let you know if 
any data can be recovered once we are back operational. The outage 
started on July 8th (2006.189).

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the QUIN station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL and UNAVCO with funding provided by NASA's Earth 
Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
