Subject: ITRF96 is on for SIO solutions

Effective from GPS week 0946 (98-053 to 98-059), the ITRF96
reference frame will be employed for all SIO processing and
IGS submissions.

From this week on, we also include 30+ more global sites in
our sinex solutions.
